–WCS Wins First Place in City Lights Parade

WCS Student Council, parents and volunteers worked many hours on their float for the Annual City Lights Parade which took place November 21, 2009.  The theme of the float was “The Grinch Who Stole Christmas” and they were excited all their hard work paid off with the award of FIRST PLACE!!!  They were presented with a $250 check from the sponsors of the parade.
